In the year 2001 representatives from Denmark, France, Germany and Great Britain set up a plan for a future collaboration between the four countries in Europe where 41 International were organised in the same way. As all the participants in the meeting were from Area 3, it was natural to concentrate on clubs within Area 3 in Europe. It was agreed to meet once a year, the first weekend in October. The meetings were to be held by turns in the four countries. The primary objective of the meetings was to strengthen the friendship between numbers of 41 International. It was agreed that the main purpose was to get together and have fun at a low price. There should be no gala party on Saturday, and the price for participation should be held at EUR 100.
